Day 3 Bakery :pineapple tart

一个面团分量: 15g
pineapple馅料: 5-8g,这里用8g












做法:
1。全部材料(除了egg yolk,icing sugar,butter,salt)掺在一起,然后过筛。
2。 将icing sugar,butter和salt,搅拌至蓬松。然后加入蛋黄,再搅拌。最后倒入1的材料,搅拌均匀。面团休息10mins。
 3。10mins后,如果面团太硬,用手搓它一下,热度会让它变软。把面团搓成长圆形,然后分出15g面团。搓圆后,压扁它,然后放pineapple进面团里,再压扁。将周围的面团包起黄梨馅,然后搓圆成长,椭圆形。最后用刀在上面刻划。
pineapple馅是现成的。如果要更好吃,可以加咸蛋黄(煮熟后冷却,压碎)。

 4。 烘之前,在酥饼上搽些蛋黄,让它色泽漂亮。
